Washing, compounding and waxing of the hull and topsides, wood stripping and / or refinishing to maintain the brilliance she had when new or maintain the brilliance she has now can be completed in or out of the water. Interior cleaning, from the heads to the head liners, cleaning the bilges and wiping down the bulkheads, cabinets inside and out, Dockside Marine Service can even have the linens serviced and put back in place, just like mom was there. |

| SYSTEMS CHECKS AND SERVICE Dockside Marine Service can run and check all systems on a routine basis i.e.starting the engines and generator allowing all to get to full operating temperature and cycling gears etc. Cleaning A/C strainers to raw water systems is a must in this area, especially during the Summer months, if you leave these systems running while away or on board. These strainers can prove to be very costly if left unattended for more than 2 weeks at a time. Checking Bilge pumps and float switches, flushing the heads with fresh water and keeping the tanks emptied and treated reduces odors. Checking all the electrical system operations, navigation lights in case you're out after dark, running freshwater pumps and bilge pumps, flushing heads and running macerator pumps, checking electronics and gauges to engines, turning on GPS and NAV systems to check operations of autopilots and related components can be done to prevent problems. Plans can be tailored to fit the owners needs, reports can be faxed, e-mailed or sent snail mail. Any items that require attention can be serviced, repaired or replaced by Dockside Marine Service. BOAT YARD SERVICE Dockside Marine Service can schedule transport to and from the yard, provide and oversee any repair work or routine maintenance even keep the bottom paint and running gear up to speed. Dockside Marine Service can also schedule to have the hull compounded and waxed while out of the water and service thru-hull fittings and valves if required. Dockside Marine Service has an extensive network of Marine Contractors available to assist with anything from light bulbs to total refits and or custom building.
